Specific questions
Note: This exemption has expired on 1 July 2007. Hence, it is not subject to this evaluation exercise and it will not be analysed whether the exemption should be continued / amended / discontinued. Stakeholders are allowed to comment on the exemption as such (e.g. general comments on the status quo of CrVI substitution in corrosion prevention). Should a continuation of the exemption be wished by certain stakeholders, a new exemption request has to be brought forward to the European Commission directly. A comment posted under this consultation will not be considered as an exemption request!
